Full Refunds are only available  within twenty four hours of initial purchase.

You may be able to get a partial refund on your purchase if it is an unfinished commission. The amount per refund is equal to the amount of days after purchase.  1-2 days is 75%  of the items refunded

3-4 days is  50% of the items refunded

You cannot get a refund  after 5 days have passed since purchase

Shipping can be refunded if you cancel the purchase before an item has shipped

Stickers

You can get a refund on stickers if you cancel before they are shipped
